Road to the incorporation of your Luxembourgish company:
Define the name and activity of your company
The company name and activities. This information will be used to begin the registration process .
Choose the company type and its shareholder(s)
We will guide you in selecting the appropriate company type and assist with the appointment of shareholders, managers, and directors. Please note that a local director may be necessary in certain cases, and we are able to facilitate finding a suitable candidate.
Complete KYC documentation
Accelerate your onboarding: our integrated documentation in Odoo summaries all required documents for bank, notaries, and company registration all at once.
Verify and digitally sign documents
These documents will be submitted to our banking partners, notaries, and government entities to complete your company registration and all required banking procedures.
Assistance with business license application
If your company plans to sell products or services it will require a business license that we can request for you to the government bodies. This stage usually takes between 6-10 days but officially can last till 3 months.
Support for your bank account setup
This stage involves our support in opening a bank account for your company, should it be required. Afterwards, you'll either deposit the share capital, or if it's an SARL-S company, you'll sign a declaration of honor instead.
